By making a purchase from Dragon Scales and Curly Tails, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and have reviewed our care sheet.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped.
Every purchase creates a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of your purchase.
I reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns to anyone.

SHIPPING
To ensure the safety of your bearded dragon and minimize possible delays, packages will go out Tuesday or Wednesday and will be sent directly to a FedEx Hub near you. We use a specialized third-party reptile shipping company and adhere to their shipping safety standards. We ship FedEx Priority Overnight. If either region is experiencing weather that may pose a danger to your bearded dragon, we hold the right to delay shipping until it is safe to do so.

If you are purchasing more than one dragon, please let me know ahead of time as shipping rates may be lower than the combination of both rates shown.

Our shipping company does offer insurance for an additional fee!

In the unlikely event you retrieved your dragon from FedEx and it's deceased, please notify us within two hours. We will require proof of DOA. We recommend recording opening the package so there is no confusion as to the events. Once notified, we will launch an investigation promptly. If the findings determine it is true DOA, we will either issue another dragon of equal or greater value or issue a refund.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To ensure the safety of our bearded dragons, returns are not accepted.

Cancellations are accepted BEFORE your bearded dragon has shipped. As we ship on Tuesday and Wednesday, you must notify us of your cancellation by 9 am EST Monday. You will be issued a refund of 50% the purchase price as 50% of your purchase is a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is transferable for 18 months.

WARRANTY
We offer a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE as well as a 30 DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE.

Our 30-day Quality Guarantee applies to reptiles with genetic disorders diagnosed by a veterinarian within 30-days of purchase. This guarantee applies only to reptiles bred here at Dragon Scales and Curly Tails. If you provide proof from a qualified veterinarian within 30 calendar days of purchase that a genetic disorder is present, we will provide a credit for our store for the amount paid for the dragon, minus shipping fees. If the disorder is non-lethal, we reserve the right to request the reptile be returned as a condition precedent to the issuance of the credit. The credit cannot be used towards shipping. Purchaser will be responsible for any and all shipping charges. This guarantee does not apply to parasites, infections, or acclimation issues.

As mentioned above the 30-day Quality Guarantee only applies to reptiles bred at Dragon Scales and Curly Tails. The 30-day Quality Guarantee does not apply to reptiles that were originally purchased from a third party. Dragon Scales and Curly Tails will inform the purchaser that the reptile was not bred in-house in the description where the animal is listed.
